Shipping Policy

Item will be shipped within 5-10 business days of purchase. Date of delivery may vary depending upon business days, weekends, holidays, and delivery service.

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

The Labradorite Witch is not liable for products lost by mail services once the parcel is delivered to that servicer. Tracking information will be relayed to the customer at the time of shipping. It is the responsibility of the customer to communicate with the mail servicer to locate their purchased item.

Return Policy

Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and any loss in value if an item isn't returned in original condition. Product must be returned to seller within 14 days of delivery to the buyer or a refund will not be issued.
